No vendemos tus datos.
4. Con quién se comparten
- Unity Technologies: LevelPlay, Unity Ads y Unity Gaming Services (Authentication, Player Accounts, Cloud Save, Analytics, Remote Config, In-App Purchasing).
Escríbenos a [email protected].
Privacy policy: MONSTER WRECK CITY
This policy explains what data the game MONSTER WRECK CITY (Android, com.pickobloks.monsterwreckcity) uses, why, who it is shared with and how you can delete it.
1. Data we use
- Player account. When you open the game, an anonymous guest account with a player ID is created (Unity Authentication). It is used to save your progress in the cloud.
- Sign-in (optional). If you link your account in Settings > Account, you sign in with Unity Player Accounts using Google, Apple or your email. Unity handles that sign-in; the game does not store your password or your email, only the link between that account and your player ID, so you can recover your progress on another phone.
- Game progress (Unity Cloud Save). Levels, stars, coins, monsters, skins, upgrades, game settings and the list of in-game purchases (with their transaction ID, so a purchase is never delivered twice). A copy is also kept on your phone.
- Purchases. Google Play processes payments. The game receives the purchase confirmation (product and transaction ID), never your payment details.
- Advertising. Unity LevelPlay (mediation) and the partner ad networks listed in section 4 use the Android advertising ID, device data (model, operating system, language, approximate country from the IP address) and your interactions with ads to show and measure ads and to prevent fraud. If you choose Decline in the privacy dialog, ads are not personalized.
- Gameplay statistics (Unity Analytics). Only if you accept in the privacy dialog: events such as sessions, levels played, purchases and ads watched, with basic device data. They help us improve the game.
- Personalized offers. The in-game shop may show first the offers we think you will like, based on your activity in the game (for example the monster you play most, the skins you looked at and your previous purchases). This is processed on your device and is part of your saved progress. It never changes the price: every player pays the same for the same content. You can turn it off in Settings > Personalized offers; the shop then shows the same offers to everyone. If you accepted analytics, we measure in aggregate which offers are seen and bought to improve the shop.
- Remote configuration (Unity Remote Config). The game downloads settings (for example, how often ads appear) using technical player and device identifiers.
2. Why we use it
To save and sync your progress, deliver your purchases, show ads, order the shop offers by your activity (unless you turn it off), understand how the game is played so we can improve it, tune the game without an update and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data.
3. Your privacy choice
The first time you open the game you choose whether you accept personalized ads and gameplay statistics. You can change it anytime in Settings > Privacy. Personalized offers are turned off in Settings > Personalized offers. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings.
4. Who it is shared with
- Unity Technologies: LevelPlay, Unity Ads and Unity Gaming Services (Authentication, Player Accounts, Cloud Save, Analytics, Remote Config, In-App Purchasing). Unity's privacy policy for players.
- Ad networks (through LevelPlay): Unity Ads, ironSource Ads, Google AdMob, AppLovin, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral and Pangle. Each network receives the advertising data described above only to show and measure ads, according to your privacy choice. Policies: Unity / ironSource, Google, AppLovin, Meta, Mintegral, Pangle.
- Google: Google Play (downloads and payments) and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account. Google's privacy policy.
These providers may process data in the United States and other countries, under their own safeguards.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as you have your account. If you delete it, your progress in the cloud and on the phone and your player account are deleted, and Unity Analytics is asked to delete your statistics. Google Play keeps the record of your purchases under its own policies.
6. Delete your account and data
In the game: Settings > Delete account > Delete (internet needed). It is deleted right away.
Without the game: follow the steps on this page.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or take a copy of your data, object to its use, and withdraw your consent at any time (Settings > Privacy). Write to [email protected]. If you are in the European Union, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
8. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child gave us data, write to us and we will delete it.
9. Security
Data travels encrypted (HTTPS) between the game and Unity and Google services.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Important changes will also be announced in the game.
